General Kitchens and Millwork

• Our terms are 1/3rd deposit 1/3rd after delivery the last 1/3rd after substantial completion. Other suppliers have been known to require final payment before the cabinets are taken off the delivery truck or even fully pre paid at the store. It can make a big difference to the end cost comparison.
  
• Cabinets are made by hand here in downtown Toronto Canada supporting your local economy and craftsmen as well as keeping jobs in this city.
• Active in co-op education training; passing on skills to local students.
• Certified by Workmans Compensation and carry additional $2 million liability insurance. [owners or general contractors can be billed by W.S.I.B. for work done at their jobsites where the sub contractor is not covered]
• Responsible for all aspects of site measurement, bring laser levels to site to determine floor and ceiling level discrepancy before drawings are done.
• Shop drawings by hand with plan, elevations and details for approval before the job starts.
• Bring to the table over 30 years of custom kitchen cabinet design/build expertise.
• Fully assemble kitchens at the shop to pre test their fit. Clients can view the kitchen when it is set up at the shop. They can walk through and approve all functions.
• We can accommodate changes within the stream of production.
• We offer soapstone and metal fabrication including welding and blacksmith services.
